- Our ordering process is designed easy and simple. First of all, read through the terms and conditions to buy with us. Then, select the size that is most appropriate to yourself. ( Please refer to our size chart)
- Kindly state down the following and e-mail to us at mycelavie@hotmail.com, we will check our stock availability and reply you within 3 working days for the confirmation of your order.

- We will verify your information and reply you with our confirmation for the stock availability, the total price and any applicable discount together with your order number.
- To ease your shopping experience with us, we are pleased to offer multiple ways of completing payment on your order. Payment by interbank/Giro/ATM transfer or deposit to our bank account are acceptable. Please inform us on your payment and e-mail the receipt to speed up the payment confirmation.

Size Chart
We offer wide range of size for you. Alternatively, if you wish to make some alteration on the dress to fit your own body, you may do so. All of our dress allow you to extend up to 10cm on it.
Exchange terms and condition
- We check through each products on our warehouse before dispatching to you. However, if for any reason, you would like to exchange a product, you may do so. Please kindly contact us, and by providing us your order number and reason for exchange will allow us to process your return smoothly.
- Exchange request must be made within seven (7) day after you received the item.
- Once we have received your return request, we will get back to you in within two (2) working days with our return authorization. Then, you can go ahead and return the stated product to our address as confirmed in the email, you may deliver via any shipping method of your choice at your cost.
- If the reason of returning the product is defective or incomplete, which almost did not happen as we check through each product before shipping. But, if this is the case, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and we will arrange for an exchange.
- The responsibility of the package is yours until it reaches our warehouse. Hence, we recommend using a traceable delivery method such as registered airmail or courier service.
- We will only able to accept original/unused item in their original packaging without any stain, perfumes, in new condition, together with the product tag and complete accessories if any.
- If the item is unsuitable for a return/exchange upon inspection. We reserve the rights to refuse accepting the said returned item and will always notify about the exact reason if that is the case.
- My CeLaVie shall not be held responsible for the loss or damage of the exchange goods and any of the losses or damages suffered by the purchaser of the goods that arise from or in connection with the loss or damage of the delivery.
- My CeLaVie Exchange reserves the right to modify, or change these Terms and Conditions as it deems necessary without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse a exchange of any item if the requirements are not fulfilled.
- The exchange exception;
- Slight color difference between real items and photos. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the apparels shown on our website. However, because the colors you see depend on your monitor and other settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be exactly accurate.
- The apparel doesn’t match the customers (Customer are reminded to check out the detailed photos, measurements and description before making an order!).
- The customer don’t like the color or style, and wishes to change to another color or style/pattern/design.
- The defect caused by customers careless (for example, stuck in the zip or improper laundry technique).
- We do not responsible for broken parcel’s packing and incorrect quantity after customer signed the receiving paper with courier.
- The price shown is excluding delivering cost/ postage cost.
Delivery
If you are placing an order from outside of Malaysia, please note that customs and import duties may be applicable depending on your country. We are glad to say that most of our customers were not charge any customs or duties so far, however if it is applicable when your order arrived in your country will be your responsibility. If you are planning to purchase a large order, it may be a good idea for you to check with your local authority.
